Dear client,
Thank you for using our electronic archiving cloud service, SEAL Online.
This service offers, apart from a robust and scalable infrastructure, the major benefit of updates transparency for the application itself.
Therefore, we inform you that SEAL product will be updated to its most recent version: SEAL 17.10.1. As this is a major update of the application, SEAL platform will be unavailable for a short period, on November 09, 2017 between 18:00 – 21:00. The downtime is expected not to exceed 2 hours.
SEAL 17.10.1. new features
As a result of our constant effort to provide the best services, starting with this version, you can take advantage of the following new features:

01.Document routing with BPM workflows
SEAL introduces a new module for BPM workflows, allowing documents routing and tasks management, based on simple BPMN models. Once this module is enabled, the following sections will be available in the application interface:
My workflows – to access the workflows you initiated.
My tasks – to display the tasks assigned to you.

02.Support for DICOM files
The new version of SEAL includes a new feature to extract metadata from DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) files properties and to view DICOM content using a web viewer embedded into SEAL interface.
03.SEAL web interface in Chinese and Spanish languages
The new version of the application has two new localization options for the Chinese and Spanish languages.
04.Multiple security policies for a document
This version of the application brings the option to associate multiple security policies for a document, according to the defined security rules. The archive administrators can choose between two evaluation options of the security rules:

• Exclusive evaluation, which will allow the assignment of a single security policy determined by the first matched security rule.
• Joined evaluation, which will allow the assignment of all policies determined by the matched security rules.
